Paul Salomone began working in digital advertising as an Advertising Operations Specialist in 2005 at Time Inc’s Golf Magazine. He managed all advertising campaigns and programmatic demand for their website, Golf.com. As a one-man ad operations department for a rapidly growing property, Paul navigated the world of digital advertising. He implemented and developed operating procedures to streamline workflow and maximize programmatic revenue.

To satisfy his goal to lead a team, Paul became Manager of Advertising Operations for Sports Illustrated Digital’s Ad Ops team in 2006. At SI, Paul sharpened his management skills by commanding a team of highly skilled professionals. He planned and executed direct and programmatic advertising opportunities for SI.com, Fannation.com, Dan Patrick.com, and the popular, highly anticipated annual SI Swimsuit Editions.

Work at WWE and Radio One

After three years in management at SI, in 2009, Paul began working for World Wrestling Entertainment. As manager of the team at WWE, Paul built an advertising operations team from the ground up. Under Paul’s management, the team of ad operations, account managers, and programmatic yield managers flourished. Maximizing revenue, developing and hiring talent, and generating new sales opportunities are among the many accomplishments with which Paul is credited at WWE.

After one year with the WWE team, Paul moved on to become Director of Advertising Operations & Solutions for Radio One’s, Interactive One. At Radio One, Paul’s team managed a network of websites featuring 50+ content verticals, multiple social networks, and streaming radio. He directed a team in creating and implementing custom direct advertising packages and programmatic private marketplace deals for display, mobile web, mobile apps, & video.

Founder of MediaFuse

In 2012, Paul decided to follow his entrepreneurial spirit by founding MediaFuse. His goal is to act as a resource to publishers to support efforts around programmatic strategy and ad operations initiatives. Since opening the doors of MediaFuse, Paul’s team has successfully consulted for top publishers throughout the industry and have gained a reputation as the “go-to” programmatic and ad ops experts in the industry.
